Verizon
Verizon currently does not offer VOIP for business lines as of 02/14/06

Vonage
Vonage offers some wonderful features with their Voice Over IP service like the ability to make phone calls from MS Outlook contacts.  Just hope that you never need their phone customer service.  Vonage doesn't seem to want to be bothered if you can't learn from the website what you need to know.
